Talk about it

Nothing turns me off to a piece of artwork more than when I see a REALLY REALLY nice piece, then click on it, and see nothing more than a "..." in the description.

Does your life just suck so fucking bad that you spend HOURS and HOURS on a piece of artwork and you can't muster the effort to come up with a SENTENCE OR TWO about the bloody thing?

I'm sorry, but if you can't bother to say something about your artwork, then why should I waste the effort to comment on it?

Just my rant of the day. It's something that annoys the shit out of me.

That really annoys me too. Simply because I love reading the 'artist comments' on their artwork. :)

I agree. honestly, the picture just loses all of its appeal if the artist is too fucking stuck up or "depressed" to write about it. >/

While I agree and that's why this is amusing, I think it's more of a "the picture speaks for itself" kinda deal. However, I guess you can flat out say "the picture speaks for itself."
:iconredrockwildcat:
True, but you know, I like to know what inspired it, or what tools someone used or something to that effect, and the "..." thing just seems pretentious to me.
